NAWA Small Works Summer 2019

U.S. National Deadline: May 23, 2019 – The National Association of Women Artists, Inc. is inviting professional women artists to enter the Summer Small Works Exhibition.

On display July 10 to August 21, 2019 in the NAWA Gallery, 315 West #9th Street, Suite 508, NYC 10018.

ELIGIBILITY
This NAWA juried exhibit is open to regular juried in NAWA members and non-members, women 18+, US citizens and or permanent residents. All works must be original – no reproductions or Giclee Prints.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Maximum size for 2-D wall works and wall hanging sculpture including frame: 15” x 15” x 5” (no exceptions).
  • No ceiling hung artworks will be accepted. Free standing sculpture will be accepted. Max. weight 30 lbs. 15” x 15” x 5” deep max size.
  • No saw tooth hangers. All works must be wired to gallery standards and must meet professional presentation standards as interpreted by the NAWA Exhibition Committee.
  • Plexiglass required for all works on paper. Exception: pastels can be framed in glass.

Second Place -­ $100
Third Place -­ $75
Honorable Mention

ENTRY FEE
Note that this is a longer show (6 weeks). NAWA members: $45 for 2 images; $5 for one additional image; non-members: $50 for 2 images, $5 for one additional image.

All work must be for sale: Artist receives 70%, NAWA 30%.
